Born and raised in Switzerland with Ghanaian roots, LIVFORIT is a singer, songwriter and performer blending R&B, Ghanaian Highlife, Afrobeats, reggae and pop. His distinctive sound combines infectious energy with emotional depth, capturing what he calls “beautiful melancholy” — music that invites celebration, connection and reflection.

Inspired by Michael Jackson, Bob Marley and Alpha Blondy, he began writing his own lyrics at 14 and recorded his first song, Most Wanted, in Ghana.

Performing as Fresh L, he developed his musical identity with Bern-based hip-hop collective New Jack, appearing at Gurtenfestival in 2009 and reaching the semifinals of the inaugural season of Die grössten Schweizer Talente in 2011.

Continuing his journey as a solo artist, LIVFORIT has since expanded his live-performance experience, including a supporting performance at Davido’s 5IVE Alive Tour concert in Switzerland in 2026.

Meaning “I’m living for it,” LIVFORIT embodies a lifelong dedication to creating music that inspires, moves and connects people.
