This privacy policy is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Hosting: This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. To deliver the website, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, the location derived from it and system configuration information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable delivery of the website.

Email: If you contact us by email, your email address and the content of your message are processed to answer your enquiry. Emails are handled by Zoho Mail in its EU data centre. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for booking enquiries, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your message.

Analytics: With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics is only loaded after you click “Accept”. Google Signals and data sharing are switched off. Event and user data are kept for two months; for user data, this period restarts with each new visit. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. According to Google’s privacy policy, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is the data controller for users in the EEA and Switzerland.

Videos: Videos are embedded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) and only load when you press play. YouTube then receives data such as your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is presenting the music videos.

Fonts are served from this website; no external font service is used.

Recipients and transfers: Personal data is shared only with the providers named above. Vercel Inc. and Google LLC are based in the USA. Both are certified under the EU-U.S. and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The European Commission has recognised US companies participating in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as providing an adequate level of data protection.

Storage period: Personal data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Analytics event and user data is deleted after two months (user data counted from your last visit); aggregated reports without reference to individual users are not affected.

Your rights: You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing and to receive it in a portable format. Please write to booking@livforit.ch. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Consent and cookies: This website does not set its own cookies. Your consent choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. Google Analytics sets cookies only after you accept. You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

You are not obliged to provide any personal data. The website can be used without consenting to analytics. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections.
